About the role
As the Client Support Coordinator at HR Spectacles, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the seamless delivery of our exceptional HR services to our clients. This full-time position is located in Makati City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company committed to transforming the HR landscape.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client correspondence
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain accurate client records and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of client projects
- Participate in client presentations and attend industry events to represent the company
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Up to 2 years of experience in a sales support or account management role, preferably in the HR or professional services industry; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant business software
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
