Role Overview

We're seeking a dependable and articulate Client Support Associate to manage inbound calls from clients and potential leads. You'll be the first point of contact—answering inquiries, logging details in our systems, and booking services while ensuring every caller feels heard and supported. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and comfortable with flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
  • Follow call scripts while accurately capturing details in the CRM.
  • Schedule jobs promptly, especially in urgent or time-sensitive situations.
  • Adjust communication style based on caller tone and context.
  • Use geographic awareness and postcode familiarity to maintain a local approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Join regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve.

Mandatory Skills

  • Neutral/soft-accent English and excellent verbal clarity.
  • Strong listening and communication abilities.
  • Ability to stay calm during high-stress calls.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and script-compliant.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, call software, and collaboration tools.
  • Reliable attendance and openness to feedback.

Preferred Skills

  • Call center, dispatch, or inbound customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead-tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of postcode formats (UK/international).
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new processes.
  • Service-industry experience with urgent inquiries.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable internet connection (25 Mbps+).
  • Backup internet and power solutions.
