Job Description

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will support campaign execution by assisting Client Success Managers, managing timelines, monitoring performance, coordinating with agencies, and contributing to wrap reports. You'll ensure campaigns run smoothly while building the foundations for future growth into an Account Manager role.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• 1-3 years full-time experience in analytics, project management, or client services
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Interest in media, technologies, and emerging digital trends
• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude
• Strong project and portfolio management skills
• Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and major social media platforms
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong data-driven and analytical skills
• Experience using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)
• High stress tolerance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solver with initiative

Nice to Have:

• Previous media/agency industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of reporting platforms (Google Ad Manager, TAP)
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, or RTB media buying tools
• Understanding of web technologies (pixels, HTML, JavaScript)
• Experience presenting to groups or clients

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide day-to-day support to a team managing agency and client relationships through outstanding campaign management and client service
• Support campaigns using detailed project management to align cross-platform deliverables
• Assist with timelines, asset trackers, communications, status calls, pacing/delivery trackers, weekly reports, and campaign recaps
• Assist in bringing custom programs to life, including influencer marketing, podcasts, sweepstakes, video production, events, and on-site activations
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to reconcile monthly billing
• Contribute to reporting of campaign wins, learnings, and performance documentation
