Job Description
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and care professionals, delivering exceptional service through call management and administrative support. This role requires empathy, accuracy, adaptability, and professionalism to keep healthcare operations running smoothly.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mid shift, M-F 8AM-5PM UKT (4PM-1AM PHT), weekends off

The Qualifications We Seek
- Experience: 3-5 years in customer service, receptionist, administrative support, or similar roles (healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Confident in managing calls with clients and care professionals.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate phone systems, CRM, and productivity tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to healthcare processes.
- Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented demeanor.
Your Daily Tasks
- Handle incoming calls from clients and care professionals, delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.
- Provide administrative support for healthcare operations, including call logging, record management, and data entry.
- Ensure precise documentation and tracking of all interactions with clients and care professionals.
- Assist clients and care professionals with inquiries, scheduling, and coordination as needed.
- Quickly adapt to healthcare processes, systems, and organizational procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a client-focused approach in all communications.
- Utilize CRM, telephony, and productivity tools efficiently to streamline operations.
