Job Description

As a Client Support Analyst - Network Digital Finance, you will manage customer relationships, oversee invoicing and collections, and ensure accurate financial documentation. Your role will directly support the financial health of global media campaigns, making you a critical partner in driving results.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 9 AM to 6 PM EST (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time), Weekends off

Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati

  • MS Excel
  • NetSuite or cloud-based accounting software

Must-Haves:

  • 3-5 years of applied cash and collections experience
  • Cash management and reconciliation background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
  • Attention to detail and ability to escalate issues appropriately

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with FreshService (or similar ITSM tools)
  • NetSuite or cloud-based accounting software

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage relationships with assigned customers.
  • Send monthly statements to customers.
  • Provide customer invoices as requested.
  • Call or email customers to collect outstanding balances based on documented procedures and SLAs.
  • Ensure that all customer communication is sent via FreshService.
  • Document in detail all customer interactions using FreshService.
  • Submit write-off, adjustment, or refund requests to Network Digital Team Lead as needed.
  • Prepare an aging report for monthly aging review with management.
  • Proactively escalate issues with collecting payments to Sr. Network Digital Client Support Analyst.
