Client Renewal Coordinator

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage the administrative side of policy renewals while supporting the needs of clients and agents. This is a high-volume, detail-heavy role that requires accuracy, follow-through, and the ability to handle client concerns in a professional, solutions-oriented way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Renewal Administration: Manage and process policy renewals efficiently, ensuring payments are facilitated on time and coverage continues without interruption.
  • Client & Agent Support: Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and agents, providing assistance and clear information to guide them through the renewal process.
  • Monitoring & Accuracy: Maintain accurate and updated client records; ensure all policy data is complete and medical coverages remain active year-on-year.
  • Issue Resolution Support: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and prevent recurring problems that may affect renewals.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all renewal-related transactions, communications, and records meet company standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales support or customer service
  • Solid negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced client interactions
  • A people person with a sense of urgency and empathy
