Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) . This exciting role offers the chance to lead and shape impactful programs across the Philippines. What

You'll Do:As our ECD & SRHR Portfolio Manager, you'll be a key leader, responsible for:Strategic Vision: Guiding the development and implementation of our ECD and SRHR programs, ensuring they're top-notch and based on the latest best practices. Planning & Implementation: Lead the strategic planning process, creating both short-term and long-term plans, and overseeing program implementation across all our locations.

Program Design: Developing innovative and gender-transformative proposals that address the needs of communities and align with our goals. Collaboration & Support: Working closely with our teams, providing technical support, and ensuring programs are effective and making a difference. Partnership Building: Representing Plan International Pilipinas and building strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Project Launch: Leading workshops for new projects, working hand-in-hand with our Business Development and Grants team. Emergency Response: Contributing to emergency response efforts when needed. What

You'll Bring:A Master's degree in a relevant field (like Public Health, Development Studies, or Social Sciences) and 5-7 years of experience in development work (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Deep knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Development and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (preferred).

Experience in developing programs, monitoring progress, and managing budgets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you'll be working with lots of different people

Active membership in relevant professional organizations (ECD & SRHR). Proven experience managing projects, including in remote areas, and working with community partners and volunteers. Fluency in written and spoken English.

Willingness to travel within the Philippines. Must be a Filipino national based in the Philippines. Ready to make a difference?
