You're responsible for end-to-end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) portfolio management for selectedING Bank branch(es); facilitating cooperation of all the participants (CDD analysts, Front Office, Clientoutreach, compliance and senior management) towards agreed timeliness, service levels andproductivity targets with the ultimate goal to ensure ING keeps all the regulatory requirementsResponsibilities:You are responsible for facilitating, supporting and motivating , as you:Design, implement and regularly update status of the CDD portfolio reporting, including KPI s and service level performance , leading and lagging metricsO penly and transparently communicate status to all involved process participants and facilitate their cooperation towards agreed targetsH elp derive mitigation , follow – up or improvement actions based on dataAre c onstantly lookin g for improvement in way of working and CDD process to boost cooperation and performance of all involved partiesD rive e ngagement, creat ing a climate where people are motivated to do their best to achieve objectives ;Also, you are responsible for enabling operational performance , as you:Facilitate delivery on agreed SLAs and KPIs ;A pply data to your decision making (data-driven decision s ) with timely, open and transparent communication;U nderstand the environment, develop and maintain an internal and external network ;Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders and manage relationships with them ;You deliver continuous improvement (CI) and you manage risk , as you :Prove p roblem solving capabilities following certain structure/ framework .
