Job Title: Category Portfolio Manager

Job Description:

The Category Portfolio Manager is a critical role that supports and collaborates with Global Procurement category teams to manage, review, and negotiate contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms.
  • Manage a group of suppliers, collecting spend and performance data, reviewing and categorizing spend data.
  • Initiate and manage business reviews, delivering reports and dashboards using various tools.
  • Review spend data and work with Category Leads or Directors to ensure accurate classification of suppliers and spend amounts.
  • Manage and coordinate PR/PO approvals with Category Leads or Directors.
  • Oversee managed program invoice coordination and overall coordination of managed programs.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle.
