Collection Team Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our collections team, ensuring the efficient management of portfolios and effective execution of departmental goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in collections and recovery, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate teams to achieve high productivity targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including portfolio management, team performance monitoring, and customer escalation resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve center productivity and asset quality portfolios.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with compliance standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely feedback and coaching to direct reports.

Requirements:
  • Collections and Recovery Experience: Direct experience in collections and recovery from local lending and financing companies.
  • Operational Acumen: Understanding of collections processes in a leadership capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas professionally, sensitively, tactfully, and respectfully across all stakeholders.
  • Change Agent: Ability to positively influence the team to support process changes contributing to overall objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Goal-focused and can-do attitude to meet individual goals and help the team meet group productivity targets.
