Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Align projects with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and integrate them into project plans.
  • Ensure that projects contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Identify resources and coordinate allocation to support project delivery.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders regularly.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Create frameworks to report project progress and identify action items to optimize.
  • Develop governance frameworks for integrated portfolio pricing and profitability.
  • Oversee budgets and general operating expenditures (opex), ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Ensure administrative filings and payments are processed by main stakeholders.
  • Provide regular financial reports to leadership.
  • Manage team performance to ensure individuals carry out their expected roles and responsibilities.
  • Engage team members to ensure they have positive emotional connections to organizational values and purpose and motivate them to deliver superior performance.
  • Drive thought leadership to assess and review existing and potential skill requirements within the AdTech Team to ensure agility with respect to future/ emerging skills.
  • Partner with HR teams to formulate external talent maps and identify key talent for robust succession planning from internal and external perspectives.
  • Motivate and engage teams to deliver solutions to complex problems at pace; model GCash values and foster an exceptional employee experience for teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members to respond to current and future challenges.
  • Champion continuous improvement within the department.
