The ideal candidate will have experience in product and portfolio management, marketing, and sales. They will be responsible for driving growth across various customer segments, developing targeted strategies to maximize potential, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow new customer, CIF, volume/billings, and accounts receivable portfolios.
  • Develop strategic programs to achieve business targets, including liaising with relevant teams and/or third parties.
  • Roll out key enhancements, such as launching more convenient availment channels and on-boarding processes.
  • Implement and sustain/enhance business procedures, maintaining high standards of customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory controls.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Marketing or Business-related.
  • At least five years of professional experience in product/portfolio management, marketing, and/or sales.
  • Background in retail loans/credit cards or consumer products and services preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas required.
