Team Brief

We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio / PMO professional to join our organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing new frameworks to support portfolios, programs, and projects across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex projects, with experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.

  • Project Prioritization and Alignment:

    Assess and prioritize IT projects based on organization's strategies, business impact, and resource availability.

  • Strategic Alignment:

    E nsure all projects contribute to the organization's overall strategy and objectives.

  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with defined strategic goals.

  • Reporting:

    Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices in portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the assessment and prioritization of IT projects.

  2. Ensure all projects align with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.

  3. Monitor and track project progress and performance metrics.

  4. Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance.

  5. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management methodologies, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

  • Experience in SDLC, PMO, project governance, portfolio management, resource allocation, stakeholder management, performance metrics, strategic planning, and project management tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Jira.
