Our client is looking for areliable and detail-oriented HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support essential HR operations and ensure accurate, timely handling of payroll- and benefits-related processes. In this role, you will help manage compensation data, prepare payroll inputs, coordinate government contributions, and maintain organized, well-documented records that uphold compliance and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HRM, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or accounting support, with solid bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, organization, formatting)
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar), preparing payroll inputs and coordinating government contributions is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Good communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Exposure to recruitment coordination or HR administration is a plus.
  • Punctual, reliable, and open-minded personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
