This role is responsible for a detailed, efficient, proactive and responsive approach to the end-to-end HR and Payroll operations and supporting month-end. The role will support the Group Financial Controller, CFO, GMs and Directors across Australia and New Zealand, as well as involvement in the refinement and implementation of the Cachet Group's overarching financial and HR strategy.

The main responsibilities of a HR & PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR include:
- Accounts Payable, Credit Cards, and Bank Reconciliations: Assist in the accounts payable process and perform reconciliations of credit card transactions and bank payments.
- HR and Leave Management: Maintain accurate employee HR records, including leave balances and salary adjustments, while streamlining leave management processes.
- Payroll: Process monthly and out-of-cycle payroll accurately and on time. Prepare payroll reports, including variance analysis and leave liability reports, for review by the Group Financial Controller. Prepare payroll payment files, month-end payroll journals, and handle ad hoc payroll-related requests from the Group Finance Manager.
- Year-End Audit Support: Assist in providing payroll reports and relevant analysis for year-end audit and financial closing.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Manage ongoing relationships with third-party stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers, and external accountants. Collaborate closely with the Finance team, Managing Director, Senior Project Managers, Procurement Manager, and Operations team to ensure smooth execution of both project and internal finance operations.
- Office and Administrative Support: Provide general support to team members as needed, including filing and organizing office documentation related to administration and finance.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
- Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with strong business literacy and numeracy to support accurate and timely reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to build strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
