About the role

At HR Spectacles', we are seeking a driven and ambitious Biomedical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Biomedical Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the healthcare industry across Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and launch an exciting career in the growing field of biomedical equipment and supplies.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  2. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities
  3. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies
  6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  7. Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients

What we're looking for

  1. Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of sales experience in the biomedical or healthcare industry
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  4. Passion for the healthcare industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest biomedical technologies
  5. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
