Summary:
The Alumni Affairs Assistant helps maintain strong connections between the institution and its alumni by supporting events, managing communications, and updating alumni records. The role ensures smooth coordination of outreach efforts and contributes to building an engaged and supportive alumni network.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate or an alumnus/alumna of any National University campus.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Preferably with at least one year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in productivity software (MS Office).
- Good technical writing and reporting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive to details and good organizational skills.
- Demonstrates high confidentiality standards.
- Full-Time Position.
- Available to commit immediately.
