As a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor, you will oversee regulatory processes for both the firm and its clients — ensuring that every business registration, permit, and compliance requirement is handled efficiently and accurately. You'll lead a team that supports corporate clients in meeting legal and statutory obligations while upholding professional and ethical standards.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and guide the Regulatory Affairs team in handling business registrations, renewals, and government compliance filings for clients.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation, submission, and monitoring of documents with government agencies (SEC, DTI, BIR, LGUs, DOLE, and other regulatory bodies).
  • Stay updated on policy and regulation changes that may affect client businesses and proactively advise management and clients.
  • Review and validate regulatory documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Serve as the liaison with government agencies and assist in inspections, compliance reviews, or consultations.
  • Maintain a database of client permits, licenses, and renewal schedules for proactive compliance management.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and staff trainings to promote regulatory awareness and best practices.
  • Provide expert regulatory consultation and guidance to clients as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Juris Doctor preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or government liaison work — ideally within a consulting, legal, or corporate services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine business registration and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to handle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
