Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Property Management) to join our client's expanding team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and have at least 2 years of experience in customer service within the property management industry. This role provides the opportunity to engage with tenants and property owners, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to the overall success of a dynamic and growing team, all while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist homeowners with portal access, submitting work orders, or directing them to the appropriate manager
- Respond to emails and handle client correspondence promptly and professionally
- Manage and coordinate maintenance requests, board meetings, property walks, and maintenance projects
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive resident relations
- Handle escalated issues with professionalism and empathy
- Support Managers with community management–related tasks and general administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the property management industry (HOA experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using office and communication tools (email, portals, CRMs, etc.)
- Able to communicate naturally and confidently, doesn't rely solely on scripts but can hold engaging, spontaneous conversations
- Willing to work full-time (40 hours per week) in any U.S. time zone
- Prior experience working with U.S. clients or in a remote setup is a plus
