Since our launch in 2022, we've skyrocketed from $0 to multiple 7-figures in our first year, hit 8 figures in 2023, and surpassed €30M+ in revenue in 2024. Now, we're scaling to €75M in 2025 and 9 figures in 2026—and we need a top-tier Customer Service Representative to help get us there.

About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and ensure a seamless experience for our customers across global eCommerce platforms. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for handling chat inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering top-tier service that builds trust and loyalty.

Qualifications
- Fluent or Native English Speaker – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience – Proven ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- D2C eCommerce Background – Must have experience in direct-to-consumer online retail.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized – Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Full-Time Availability – Ready to commit and grow with us.
- Exceptional Time Management – Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience with comment moderation is a plus.
- Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage Social Media Chats & Comments – Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
- Monitor trends and report insights to improve customer engagement and experience.
- Resolve Customer Issues – Handle complaints, process returns/refunds, and troubleshoot order-related problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Process Orders & Track Shipments – Assist customers with order updates, modifications, and delivery inquiries.
- Maintain Product Knowledge – Stay updated on products and policies to provide accurate guidance.
- Utilize Support Tools – Work within Shopify and Gorgias to manage tickets and interactions efficiently.
- Document & Organize Customer Data – Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Coordinate with operations, fulfillment, and marketing to resolve concerns.
- Ensure a Positive Customer Experience – Deliver friendly, empathetic, and professional service that reflects our brand values.
- Meet Performance Metrics – Consistently achieve targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Offer
This is a long-term opportunity with up to 45 hours per week available. The role offers stability, consistent work, and the chance to grow with our team. The hourly rate for this position is $3.
