Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution:
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of events including product launches, corporate events, trade shows, sampling activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Promotional Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective promotional strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align with overall business objectives.
  • Sampling & Tasting Events:
  • Coordinate product tasting and sampling events to showcase offerings, drive consumer interest, and encourage trial.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all promotional materials, signage, and displays reflect consistent branding and merchandising standards.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Interact with customers during events to answer questions, provide product information, and gather valuable feedback.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners including influencers, community organizations, and sponsors to amplify promotional efforts.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and supervise event staff, volunteers, and promotional teams. Effectively delegate responsibilities and oversee on-site logistics to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Post-Event Evaluation:
  • Conduct debriefs and gather performance metrics to assess the success of each event or campaign, and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, promotions, or marketing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing external vendors and promotional staff is a plus
