The Project Coordinator supports the Executive Office in managing key projects and ensuring efficient administrative operations. The role involves coordinating tasks, tracking project progress, managing financial transactions, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing Executive Office projects.
- Track project milestones and prepare progress or status reports.
- Ensure timely payment of Club Membership dues and accurate recording of credit card transactions.
- Review and reconcile liquidation and reimbursement reports before submission to Accounting.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, courier services, and membership subscriptions.
- Handle payroll processing and compliance for personal staff.
- Support interdepartmental coordination and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and departmental information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the AM or Executive Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Office Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support (preferably in BPO or similar fast-paced environments).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project tracking tools.
- Willing to conduct site visits or fieldwork as required.
