Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the processing, renewal, and monitoring of business permits, licenses, and government compliance (e.g., BIR, LGU, DTI, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Coordinate between the company, accounting department, and various government agencies.
  • Prepare and file necessary documents and payments for business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of requirements.
  • Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Experience in business permit processing and liaison work is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting and government compliance procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Willing to travel to government offices when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
