Business Development Representative

- An ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Job Description:
- Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients through various channels such as social media, networking events, and online databases.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluating potential clients to determine whether they meet the company's criteria for a qualified lead.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, including cold-calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Client Management: Creating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline to ensure that leads are being properly qualified and progressed through the sales process.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on the progress of the sales pipeline and the effectiveness of the BDR program.
- Billing: Involvement in the client billing process by maintaining a database or record of the services taken as well as timelines and other important information.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that lead generation efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the industry and competitive landscape.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

- Leave Benefits: Receive 5 paid Sick Leaves (SL) and 5 paid Vacation Leaves (VL) upon regularization.
- Cash Conversion: Unused sick leaves can be converted to cash at the end of each calendar year.
- Annual Salary Increase: Subject to performance-based evaluation.
