Training Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project activities including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs, workshops, or outreach activities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports, documentation, and evaluations.
- Liaise with internal departments, trainers, students, and external stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, corporate partners, schools).
- Provide administrative support in project planning, budgeting, and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and project goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in a training or educational institution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
