Marketing Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and client engagement strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Promote company services in logistics, shipping, and port operations to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and service quotations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client requirements and service commitments are met.
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Create marketing materials and assist in managing online or social media presence.
• Maintain an updated client database and prepare weekly marketing reports.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or logistics industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be competitive, confident, and goal-driven with a strong personality.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and basic digital marketing tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
