Job Description:

  • Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients through various channels such as social media, networking events, and online databases.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluating potential clients to determine whether they meet the company's criteria for a qualified lead.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, including cold-calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Client Management: Creating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline to ensure that leads are being properly qualified and progressed through the sales process.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on the progress of the sales pipeline and the effectiveness of the BDR program.
  • Billing: Involvement in the client billing process by maintaining a database or record of the services taken as well as timelines and other important information.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that lead generation efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the industry and competitive landscape.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

  • Annual Salary Increase: Subject to performance-based evaluation.
