Job Requirements:

  • At least one year BPO customer service related experience.
  • English: proficient in both speaking and writing.
  • Minimum word processing speed of 50 wpm.
  • Teamwork: ability to work well with the team virtually on a daily basis.
  • Communication: ability to communicate internally and externally (verbal and written).
  • Organization: ability to track order status to ensure all steps are followed through.
  • Detail orientation: meticulous with daily operations and quality assurance skillset.
  • Directions: ability to strictly follow Asteroom's standard operations procedure.
  • Computer: knowledge of basic computer software or an equivalent (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Weekend rotation: 1-2 days a month.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track appraisal orders for Lenders, Property Management, AMC clients, including coordinating, scheduling and quality checking all tasks. Ensure that our data collectors are following instructions properly to collect the data we need. Promptly communicate with clients for order updates and issues if any.
  • Maintain a good relationship with our clients and data collectors.
  • Outreach to potential data collectors to onboard and properly educate them.
  • Navigate through 3D panoramas for quality control. Understand the report and the required panoramas.
  • Manage and track Capture Service orders for brokerages, including finding photographers, quality checking photos, and delivering them to clients.
  • Other applicable skillset or new learnings that may be required.

Compensation:

  • Training salary: USD$650/month (for the first month)
  • Starting full time salary: USD$650+
  • Quarterly team bonus
  • Opportunities for promotion and raises: based on performance

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night Shift (US PST Regular Working Hours)
  • Weekends

Expected Start Date: October 2025

Pay: Up to Php44,000.00 per month
