Talent Acquisition Partner at Security Bank Corporation JOB SUMMARY The Operations Specialist processes all payments for rental/utilities, etc., for branches and handles partial utilities for branches. Monitors all payments encoded and coordinates with FINCON and other departments for the status of branches and related details; obtains confirmation from lessors for payments made. Handles renewal of branch contracts from negotiation through documentation. How you'll contribute Processes all payments for rentals/utilities and other charges for branches' utilities based on contracts, statements of account, or payment advice via Esource within the monthly turnaround time. Performs necessary administrative functions to ensure payments to lessors are properly reflected. Coordinates all payment requests and related documents with FINCON via phone and email to expedite the payment process. Ensures all payments sent are received by lessors through LBC, branch, or credited to their account in a timely manner. Collects Official Receipts from lessors for all payments made to ensure proper posting. Generates statements of account for leased bank-owned sites to timely process monthly charges. Negotiates rates for new and renewing branch sites based on proposed details to reasonably renew lease contracts. Ensures all lease contracts for branch sites are updated and renewals are handled before contract expiration. Generates reports for rental payments based on the database provided to be submitted to Unit head monthly on or before the end of the month. Processes renewal of contracts for branches based on the renewal process (including sending letters of intent to lessors, drafting contracts, requesting legal review, routing for authorized signatories, notarization, and filing of term sheets, etc.). What we’re looking for Fresh graduate / less than 1 year of experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking; open to any field of study With banking and financial, clerical and administrative background With understanding of banking methods and payment processes including basic taxation details Good at handling bulk processing About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best-capitalized private domestic universal banks.
