In this results-driven environment, your work will directly support revenue growth while partnering with an experienced sales professional who values efficiency and smart delegation.

Our client is looking for a Go High Level Lead Generation Specialist (SMS Outreach) to play a key role in building their sales pipeline. In this role, you'll run high-volume SMS campaigns through Go High Level CRM, contacting 150+ prospects daily. Using tested messaging templates, you'll drive engagement and ensure a steady flow of leads to the closing team.


Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume SMS campaigns through Go High Level CRM, targeting qualified leads.

  • Process and contact 150+ prospects daily using proven outreach templates.

  • Maintain and update lead tracking systems with accurate contact status and response details.

  • Coordinate with the sales team via Discord for seamless lead management and communication.

  • Follow established outreach protocols, including timing restrictions and contact rules, to maximize engagement.

  • Consistently achieve performance targets of 25+ messages per hour during active work periods.

  • Support pipeline management by ensuring smooth handoff of engaged leads to the closing team.


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of virtual assistant or lead generation experience with proven success.

  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM (essential for success in this role).

  • Excellent English communication skills for professional prospect interactions.

  • Proficiency with Discord for internal coordination and lead tracking.

  • Strong background in sales support and administrative functions.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while consistently meeting quotas.

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow protocols and maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.
