We're searching for a dedicated and talented Administrative Assistant / Junior Assistant to the Executive Assistant who embodies our core values of love, respect, care, warmth, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive and Administrative Support

  • Report directly to the Executive Assistant and provide day-to-day support to management.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar updates, and reminder follow-ups for the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and detailed meeting notes.
  • Handle email and inbox management to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Handle timekeeping, expense reporting, and documentation needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all communications and administrative tasks.

2. Coordination & Field Support

  • Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, deliveries, and related arrangements.
  • Provide on-site support during company events, meetings, and activities involving management.
  • Run errands and assist with both office- or personal-related tasks as assigned.
  • Willing to work on-field.

3. Project Tracking & Office Organization

  • Track and follow up on project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensure proper filing, organization, and safekeeping of documents.
  • Support office management and coordination among departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with prior experience in administrative or executive support.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Amenable to work on-site at Lola Nena's Head Office, Xavierville Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
