  • Performs a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, preferably with experience on high rise building and on structural steel.
  • QA/QC on workmanship of contractor
  • Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
  • Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
  • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plans and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
  • Preparing reports and accomplishments of contractors as required
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must process professional license for Civil Engineering
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position
  • With experience in structural, architectural and horizontal
  • Hardworking, can work efficiently under time pressure
  • Can perform multiple tasks
  • Can handle and finish a project independently with minimum supervision
  • Responsible and has a sense of urgency, pro-active with independent judgement
  • Project location - Mandaluyong City
