JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance and control measures throughout all phases of the construction project.
  • Carry out inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct material testing and evaluations to confirm quality and durability.
  • Review drawings, plans, and specifications to detect potential quality issues in advance.
  • Record and report any non-conformities, defects, or deviations from established standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality concerns and apply corrective measures.
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure strict adherence to QA/QC procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality assurance practices and procedures.
  • Keep detailed records of inspections, testing results, and all quality documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings to address and advise on quality-related matters.
  • Continuously assess and improve QA/QC processes to achieve greater efficiency and higher-quality outcomes.
