
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to expand product distribution across local and international markets
Lead franchise development efforts, including lead generation, evaluation, and onboarding
Build strategic partnerships with relevant institutions (e.g., wellness centers, hotels, hospitals, gyms, beauty schools)
Implement programs to boost sales performance at branch level, including partnerships and promotions
Gather market and client insights to support product development and refinement
Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide pricing, positioning, and sales strategy
Prepare and present business proposals, financial projections, and partnership models
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align goals and campaigns
Represent the business in expos, trade shows, and networking events
Track KPIs, pipeline status, and report regularly to top management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or franchise and product expansion
Background in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer brands is a strong advantage
Proven success in securing institutional partnerships and distribution channels
Strategic mindset with a strong sense of execution and accountability
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge in product development and market testing is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and presentation tools
Willing to travel for meetings, branch visits, and partnership development
