About the Role – Quality Assurance Specialist (Telesales)

As a
Quality Assurance Specialist
, you will help drive
excellence in customer experience and compliance
by evaluating telesales and customer interactions. You'll be part of the
Learning & Development (L&D)
team, supporting performance improvement through data insights, feedback loops, and consistent QA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Call Monitoring:
  Review a defined number of recorded telesales or client-facing calls daily.
• Performance Evaluation:
  Assess agent performance using detailed scorecards that measure communication, accuracy, and procedural compliance.
• Feedback Delivery:
  Prepare evaluation summaries and provide structured feedback to supervisors and team leaders.
• Trend Analysis:
  Identify behavioral or process patterns, training needs, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Compliance & Standards:
  Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal best practices.
• Calibration:
  Participate in QA calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency across teams.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Maintain complete, confidential records of evaluations, findings, and action plans.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  2–3+ years in Quality Assurance, Call Center, or Customer Service roles, with a focus on coaching or evaluation.
• Analytical Mindset:
  Strong ability to spot trends, link data insights, and recommend solutions.
• Attention to Detail:
  High accuracy and rigor in audits and reports.
• Communication:
  Excellent English writing and speaking skills for feedback and reporting.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Familiar with
  call monitoring tools (e.g., 3CX, Salesforce)
  and
  data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI)
  .
• Integrity:
  Handles confidential information responsibly.
• Nice to Have:
  Experience with
  financial or credit products
  (e.g., loans, cards, deposits).
