1) Junior Consultants

  • Salary: ₱18K–₱20K + commissions
  • Open to fresh grads / 0–2 yrs exp

  • Strong English communication (written & spoken)

2) Mid-Level Consultants

  • Salary: up to ₱25K + commissions
  • Must have RPO, recruitment, or sourcing experience
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, Google X-ray required
  • Serious, committed, and career-driven
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Motivated by commission and growth

3) Senior / Experienced Recruiters

  • Salary: Open + High Commissions
  • Must have proven track record in recruitment, billings, closings, and sales
  • Ability to generate revenue and build own client desk
  • High expectations in revenue delivery and performance
