Location: Makati (Hybrid set-up)

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a background in 360 recruitment, Account Management, Business Development, and Report Generation to support Clients.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related fields.


• Strong communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills


• At least 2-3 years of experience in client acquisition, sourcing, lead generation, account management, and/or recruitment.

Responsibilities:

-Understanding and establishing qualification requirements, and other employment details with Account Managers, or Clients through calibrations.


• Source for Clients. Present recruitment proposals, negotiate, and generate revenue

-Analyze and monitor hiring trends, talent movements, and competitor activities within your focus sector.

-Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights to guide client decisions.

-Proactively search for candidates through other networks.
