About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the collection of pre-employment requirements and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations for new hires. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Employment Requirement Collection:
- Coordinate with new hires to collect and validate all necessary pre-employment documents and requirements.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documentation, including but not limited to identification, educational credentials, and professional certifications.
Statutory Compliance:
- Manage the timely filing and documentation of statutory requirements for new hires, such as tax-related forms, social security, and other legally mandated documents.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements related to employee documentation.
Records Management and ATS Dispositioning
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for employee records and documentation.
- Regularly update employee files with relevant information and ensure all records are kept confidential and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaboration with HR Team and Key Stakeholders
- Work closely with the recruiters and HR teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Communicate effectively with different business units to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies in documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment onboarding and document management
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume documentation environment.
- Proficient in using office software and document management systems.
- Amenable to work on hybrid set-up (twice a week onsite in Pasig City)
- Open to a project-based employment of at least 6 months
