The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-lasting client relationships. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution, ensuring business targets are met while identifying new opportunities for expansion. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sales cycles, and the ability to lead initiatives that generate sustainable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and potential clients.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for new products, services, or market segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to support business initiatives.
  • Lead the development of partnership programs, strategic alliances, and business expansions.

Account Management

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication and excellent service.
  • Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline status.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer data and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and business development updates to management.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field .
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
