CLIENT PROFILE: A global leader in freight forwarding and logistics solutions, delivering end-to-end supply chain services in the Philippines.

  1. Develop plans and strategies for business expansion and achieving the company's sales goals.
  2. Work closely with Operations, Innovations, and AP teams to ensure pre-bid or bidding requirements are submitted on time.
  3. Collaborate with Regional Sales Group and Leaders to establish and execute a sales goal for the subsidiary.
  4. Manage detailed reporting of sales metrics and KPIs, adjusting sales techniques and strategies based on data analysis.
  5. Compile and analyze sales figures, reporting back to senior management teams.
  6. Stay up to date with products and competitors in the industry.
  7. Attend networking and promotional events to develop and maintain contacts.
  8. Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our services can satisfy those needs.
  9. Devise new and original strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/MA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain
  • Management or any other SCL related courses.
  • At least 5-10 year(s) of related 3PL selling experience, working experience in
  • business development, contract logistics, freight forwarding field is required.
  • Promotion history in renowned global companies is highly preferred.
