Sales Development Representative (B2B AU Campaign)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to drive business growth in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and building strong client relationships to support our expansion goals in Australia.
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Mode: Work From Office (Possibility to transition in Hybrid)
Role: Sales Development Representative (Australian Market)
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients in Australia, introducing BPO services and identifying sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Engage decision-makers across various industries, building rapport and understanding their outsourcing challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of BPO solutions tailored to the Australian market.
- Research target companies and industries to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with account executives and sales managers to hand off qualified leads and support deal closure.
- Schedule appointments and demos for senior sales staff with interested prospects.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine outreach strategies.
- Adapt communication style to suit Australian business culture and etiquette.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation, preferably targeting the Australian market.
- Strong background in cold calling and prospecting, with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Australian business culture, communication styles, and time zones.
- Solid understanding of BPO services, including customer support, back-office operations, and outsourcing solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Skilled in market research and lead qualification, with a strategic approach to identifying high-potential prospects.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
