We're hiring a
Business Development Manager
for
GUSSY
, an Interior Design & Furniture company opening a retail location in 2026.
We're looking for someone with experience in sales or business development and a genuine interest in
furniture, design, and e-commerce.
You'll help drive company growth by spotting new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and report on sales performance, offering insights for improvement
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans with company leaders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Present compelling proposals to potential clients
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns that drive sales
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field
- Experience in sales or marketing
- Background in interior design or e-commerce is a plus
- A strong industry network is an advantage, but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently and in teams
- Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools
