About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Supervisor with strong background in property sales and broker management. The role will oversee sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and broker networks to achieve revenue goals and strengthen the company's market presence in Cebu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to drive property sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Supervise and support the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage, build, and expand strong relationships with brokers and sales agents to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Conduct regular broker briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and on-site activities) to promote projects and enhance visibility.
  • Handle client presentations, inquiries, negotiations, and ensure smooth closing of transactions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in property sales and marketing, with proven broker handling experience.
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Established network of brokers in Cebu is a strong advantage.
  • Goal-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Willing to work on-site and conduct fieldwork as needed.

This is an ON SITE and DAY SHIFT schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
