Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist located in Cebu. The Property Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as managing residential and commercial real estate transactions, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will also conduct market research and property evaluations, attend site visits, and prepare necessary documentation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate
  • Proven Sales skills and experience
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess a high degree of professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications or licensing in real estate industry
