About Us

SLN Condotels is a growing short-term rental business in Cebu City managing 70+ properties listed on Airbnb, Agoda, , and our direct booking channels. We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow bookings, strengthen our brand, and reach more guests.

Job Summary

Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings, manage online listings, and support revenue growth for SLN Condotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize property listings across Airbnb, Agoda, , and direct platforms
  • Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Support social media marketing, content creation, and brand awareness efforts
  • Identify and pursue potential corporate accounts and partnerships
  • Monitor booking performance, provide reports, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure excellent guest experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Proactive, results-driven, and willing to learn with guidance
  • Can work independently and grow into a leadership role over time
