We are looking for a visionary Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales organization, drive strategic growth, and position our projects at the forefront of the market. This leadership role calls for a bold, strategic thinker who thrives on results, collaboration, and innovation.
About the Role
As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will provide overall leadership in shaping and executing the company's sales direction, market positioning, and customer engagement strategies. You will be at the helm of our sales force — leading a high-performing in-house team and network of brokers, ensuring every project achieves and exceeds its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Build, organize, and mentor a top-performing sales team — combining in-house professionals and external brokers.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure strong alignment with company goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, translating them into actionable plans.
- Monitor implementation progress, analyze performance, and continuously optimize strategies to stay competitive.
- Ensure daily management of project inventory to prevent discrepancies and double sales.
Market & Product Development
- Provide market intelligence during project pre-development — identifying key trends, buyer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Recommend pricing, sales terms, and credit policies aligned with market conditions and end-user financing standards.
- Offer critical insights into advertising, promotions, and PR campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
Marketing & Communications
- Oversee the creation of impactful marketing materials, digital content, and sales tools.
- Coordinate with creative teams for effective campaign execution across platforms.
- Monitor competing projects and recommend timely counterstrategies to maintain market leadership.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and other consultants to ensure consistent, accurate client communication.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
- Supervise pre-qualification, credit investigations, and collection activities to ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- 10+ years of proven leadership in sales, business development, or marketing — ideally in real estate.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, buyer psychology, and competitive positioning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data and trends into actionable strategies.
- Strong collaboration and people management capabilities.
