JOB SUMMARY: Oversee daily property operations, manage tenant relations, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure smooth facility management and high occupancy rates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct property showings and interview prospective tenants
  • Handle tenant complaints and maintain positive tenant relationships
  • Coordinate property maintenance and conduct regular inspections
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and prepare related documentation
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports
  • Develop marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy
  • Draft official letters and correspondence
  • Maintain and update property policies
  • Support daily operations and perform other assigned duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related courses
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
