About the Role

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team No prior experience is required , we'll provide full training. We're seeking individuals with strong communication skills, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude toward helping customers.

You will handle customer inquiries related to billing accounts, membership dashboards, and account updates through phone.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns clearly and professionally
  • Assist customers with billing, payments, and membership dashboard access
  • Update account information accurately in the system
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required (training provided)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willing to work onsite in Santo Tomas Batangas

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
