About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cashir to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our company. This is a full-time position based in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
2. Conducting in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their unique requirements and pain points
3. Presenting our solutions and services in a compelling and persuasive manner, and negotiating favourable terms
4. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences
6. Regularly reporting on sales activities, achievements, and market insights to the management team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
4. Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems
6. A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for achieving results
