Clinic Staff

As a vital member of our Primary Care team, the Customer Care Representative (CCR) plays a key role in delivering exceptional patient support, coordinating clinical flow, and ensuring operational excellence in the clinic.

You'll be our patients' first point of contact—providing compassionate service, managing schedules, verifying insurance, and supporting doctors during check-ups. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and love helping others, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet and triage patients at the front desk
• Verify patient identity and Maxicare/HMO coverage
• Check vital signs and prepare patients for consult
• Queue patients through our system (Emedcore)
• Perform ECGs and endorse to Cardiologist
• Assist in appointment scheduling and inquiries
• Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping
• Submit daily census and end-of-duty reports
• Monitor clinic supplies, vaccine inventory, and equipment
• Support Primary Care Physicians during check-ups
• Promote patient feedback and address concerns
• Comply with clinic protocols and the Data Protection Act (DPA)

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Graduate of any medical-allied course (BS Nursing preferred)
• Certification in Basic First Aid is a plus

Experience/Knowledge:

• Familiar with clinic operations and health systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and a positive team player
• Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
